When you sign up for classes, join our mailing list, or fill out forms, we collect only the information needed to keep you connected (like your name, email, and phone number). We will never sell or share your information with outside companies. Your information is used only for class communication, updates, and event reminders.
Terms & Conditions
By registering for a class or event at The Art Haus, you agree to the following:
Payment & Registration: All classes must be registered and paid for in advance through our website or in person at events prior to participation.
Refunds & Cancellations: Class purchases are non-refundable, but class passes can be used at anytime.
Weather Policy: Outdoor classes run as long as temperatures are between 35°–95° with shade available. We’ll continue in light rain, but in cases of lightning or dangerous storms, class will be rescheduled.
Safety: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during classes and events. Staff is CPR and First Aid certified, but The Art Haus is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or accidents.
Disclaimer & Liability Notice
The Art Haus provides classes that include sensory play, movement, and art-making. These activities can get messy and may involve tools like scissors, glue, and paint. We encourage independent exploration, but supervision is required. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept any risks involved. Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children’s safety and behavior at all times. Liability waivers must be filled out and signed prior to any participation in activities.
Media Release
We love celebrating our artists! Photos and videos may be taken during classes and events to share the joy of creativity with our community (on our website, social media, or marketing materials). If you prefer your child not be photographed or included, please let us know in writing upon arrival.

Note on Sales Tax
Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Tennessee state law. The Art Haus is required to collect sales tax on all classes, workshops, and merchandise purchases.
